SWIM SESSIONS (Swim Start / Squad / Surf / Saturday)

Changes are permitted up to 24 hours before the session, but when a person cancels within this time frame they will be charged for their reserved spot.

SWIM FOUNDATION

Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the first session, with a 10% fee charged for refunds. Cancellations made within this period will incur a charge equal to the session fee for the reserved spot. Make-up sessions are not always possible.

PROGRAM

SWIM APPOINTMENT

Client Cancellation: Changes are allowed up to 72 hours before the session, but if a person cancels within this time frame they will be charged for their pre-booked session.

Coach Cancellation: When the coach cancels with more than 72 hours' notice, we ensure the session is promptly rescheduled within 14 days. When the coach cancels with less than 72 hours' notice, we offer our clients one complimentary session upon rescheduling. This complimentary session must be utilized within 14 days.

Uncontrollable Circumstances: We will reschedule if a session is cancelled due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather or surf conditions.
