SWIM PROGRAM 1.

Become an educated swimmer

Is this session right for you?

Conquer your fear of open water with our two-part program and boost your confidence in ocean swimming. You'll receive personalised coaching with Phil in a small group, supported by a water safety team member.

During SWIM PROGRAM 1, you'll learn the fundamentals of reading conditions at any coastal location. Phil will guide you through key elements such as wind, swell, tides, seafloor, and waves.

The morning begins with a group discussion and transitions into an exciting practical experience. You'll focus on essential skills such as diving, navigating through the break and back to shore, adjusting your stroke, sighting, and, for many participants, the highlight—body surfing.
